Eddie C. Drake is currently the Director, Product Development for the Walt Disney Studios Marketing Technology Team.  He leads the development of internal and consumer-facing software products supporting Movies, Stage and Music.  He was formerly the Chief Technology Officer of Siemens Communications, Home Entertainment Group (now a part of Nokia Siemens Networks), where he led the design and architecture team defining the next-generation of IPTV architecture, middleware and standards.  Prior to his role as CTO, Eddie was the Vice President of Software Engineering and co-founder of Myrio, an IPTV Middleware startup, which was acquired by Siemens in 2005.  As Vice President of Software Engineering, Eddie led the engineering and quality assurance organizations.  

Eddie graduated in 1995 from Brigham Young University with a BS in Broadcast Communications.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons, reading, coaching and playing soccer, and martial arts.
