David is currently a Vice President at LitheSpeed, where he delivers agile training, agile coaching and agile consulting. David has developed two courses, Agile Team Workshop and Agile Requirements Workshop, while making major contributions to LitheSpeed’s Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Product Owner, Agile Leadership Workshop, and Agile Project Management courses. David has delivered these courses to hundreds of individuals. From a coaching perspective, David works with all levels of staff, from executive to intern, helping organizations and teams successfully apply Scrum.
David is currently on the Board of Directors at the Center for Program Transformation (CPT) where he prepared testimony that was presented in Senate Hearing and contributed to federal legislation on IT Oversight.
From 1999 to 2004 David was a VP at JP Morgan Chase where he managed a successful eBanking transition to agile and trained/coached teams on process improvement.
In the 1990’s David was a key member of the Software Program Managers Network (SPMN), a DoN Tri Service initiative, where he identified proven software best practices and conveyed them to managers of large-scale DoD system acquisition programs.
Also in the 1990’s David built an electronic commerce startup into a leading provider of catalogs and directories on the web.
Early in his career, David was a developer at Siemens Medical Systems and Senior Developer at Digital Systems Group.
