Prior to Lockheed Don was Vice President of Software Engineering, Servant Leader, and Agile Coach at a major hosting company where he spent 3 years leading an engineering organization, a transition to Agile, and a successful adoption of Scrum across the company. Prior to Hosting, Don founded AgileBootCamp.com where he was an Agile Coach and Management Consultant helping Fortune 500 companies move toward light weight Agile methodologies.   Before AgileBootCamp.com, Don was the Director of Engineering for Monster Worldwide where he led a global software organization in the development of Monster.com’s Employer products. Prior to joining Monster, Don held numerous Software Engineering Leadership positions within HP, Compaq, and DEC.
