I'm Nitin, working in IT industry with a Process Consulting Profile, I'm leading a team of 20 people to ensure the implementation of CMMI in the organization. I'm practicing Scrum from last more than 4 Years and also provide assitance to Projects to follow Scrum. Total industry experience of 8 Years.

I do conduct Scrum introduction sessions internally in the organization to spread the Scrum Awareness. I feel following without knowing it is useless, hence Training is the media to educate people which will lead to share the experience and benefits.

We have enhanced our Quality Management System to have the framework defined to adopt Scrum as project methodology.
