Luciano Félix has 9 years of experience working with IT projects and has a Bachelor degree on Computer Science at the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. He is also the first Certified Scrum Practitioner from Pernambuco (Brazilian State). Today he is responsible for the Scrum area at Especializa Treinamentos, a IT School in Recife, and one of the Recife Scrum User Group managers.

On A Cure for Task Estimation Obsession
Alan I agreed with this completely. The value that task estimates brings to the project don't compensate the effort to create them, it's gives a false sense of accuracy and makes the planning process long, boring and exhausting.
