For the past decade, Adam had dedicated his talent and resources to his career at Ultimate Software. Today, he serves as Chief Technology Officer for the company, which is a leading provider of strategic HR, payroll, and talent management software for organizations of all sizes. The company markets award-winning Ultipro as licensed software and as software-as-a-service through Intersourcing. Ultimate Software is a public company founded in 1990 and based in Weston, Florida.
Adam began his career with Ultimate Software in 1997 as a programmer working on the client/server version of UltiPro – the company’s flagship product. He quickly assumed the role of architect and engineering manager for the inaugural version of UltiPro Web. He was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and assumed responsibilities for the entire software development lifecycle from specification and design to engineering and testing. Adam converted the entire development team to the Scrum development methodology, enabling the team to move its UltiPro product very rapidly to the new Web Services SOA platform. This further enhanced the company’s award-winning SaaS Intersourcing offering.
