Poonam Lamba is a total people oriented person and loves executing Agile projects. She is passionate to build software in Java, C# and Android phone applications. She has been training people on understanding execution of the SCRUM projects since she did her first SCRUM project in 2005. She has trained over 50 people in her previous organization and helped others.

She has worked out of 4 different countries so far which have her good exposure in executing challenging projects in culturally different team members. She has led complex projects involving teams which are working out of more than 3 different places and implemented successful SCRUM in those projects.

She believes in nurturing good work relationships with fellow team members while focusing on the end product.
