Srinivas is an independent consultant and coach. He works mainly in the area of Software Project Management and software engineering process definition and implementation. He has significant experience in contributing to corporate practices, which raise level of development effort in terms of speed and quality of construction. Srinivas has a BTech (Bachelor of Technology) in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India and has an MSc (Master of Science) in Information Systems Engineering, from Reading University, UK. Main areas of expertise are: 1. Software development methodologies (especially Scrum and eXtreme Programming) 2. Project management 3. Software quality metrics (OO code and design) 4. Process improvement via Testing (QA)
