Take on Agile

I am quite convinced that Scrum makes common sense. It gives teams the ownership and clarity, promotes collaboration, builds overall team competence by breaking silos, and makes those issues visible that could otherwise remain hidden with traditional project management models. It is one of the most practical approaches to deliver projects efficiently. Once addicted to Scrum, teams find it difficult to throw away.
