Rachel Chen has worked at ACNielsen New Zealand from 1996 to 2001, then through company relocation to California in 2001 at Nielsen-Online company, since then has been a senior software engineer and  a project lead for 5 years, and has took on the project lead/scrummaster role for a project from 2006 to 2007 , and then received a Certified Scrum Master in 2008. She is currently involved The Agile implementation in the Nielsen-Online Company and working as ScrumMaster/Project Manager and Agile trainer in the company.
