Paul Goddard is an agile coach with experience of working with several scrum teams and projects, and is a keen practitioner and trainer of Scrum and Agile Delivery.

Starting a one of the first practicing ScrumMasters within BT (formerly British Telecom), he now acts as coach for teams new to Scrum and agile techniques. His coaching skills have been used on large scale agile transformation projects, including geographically dispersed teams using an offshore model. He is also very interested in how teams work effectively, maximising their potential to deliver and transforming organisations to an agile way of working.  

He is currently involved with both teaching and coaching Scrum and agile techniques, and has trained and coaching several companies and individuals in the UK and Europe.
