Rorik Ebbesen has near 20 years of experience in information technology with emphasis in leading and motivating people to achieve common goals.  A disciplined and responsible business unit leader and team builder for long- and short-term programs and projects. Technical skills include Agile lifecycle management, application portfolio management, and enterprise architecture. Currently a Director and Executive with Phase One Consulting Group, in charge of building, maturing, and growing the Innovations Group which is responsible for all systems engagements.  Other current responsibilities include leading his team to manage a +$30M client portfolio which includes market strategy, client engagement, new business development, and vendor relations.  Continually seeking innovative and best pragmatic approaches to client satisfaction via prompt and responsive delivery. A former associate with Gartner and Booz Allen Hamilton, he brings forward both boutique and large-scale advisory experience and thought leadership. Experience spans the full project and systems development life cycle. He is a certified Project Management Professional.

Earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Salisbury University and a Master’s in Information Systems Technology from the George Washington University School of Business. Obtained the CIO University Certificate and holds certifications as PMP and ITIL Foundation Version 3.
