Project manager and scrum master roles for three local teams in the Symbian division. Two teams jointly developed the video application with counterparts in Finland. The third team developed a voice recording application using C++ and the QT framework. Spearheaded as scrum master and temporary product owner the rollout of agile and scrum methodologies in 2007 which yielded a 4x decrease in open error inventory; decreased investment in sustaining engineering costs by 50%.
