We used pair programming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, Eliminated Waste, Decided as late as possible, Delivered as fast as possible, Created Srories, Assigned Story Points, had a Self-organizing team, Kanban, Customer Collaboration, Delivered working software and empowered team members. Sprints were 2 weeks long. Project was delivered on time, within budget, and with a high customer satisfaction rating.
