Trond Wingård has a Master of Management and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management. His work experience includes being peace keeper at UNIFIL in Lebanon, producer (project manager and game designer) at Funcom Oslo, teacher at Skien videregående skole (college level), consultant (project manager) at Objectware AS, and currently consultant (project manager) at Steria in Oslo. Since 2000, his main professional interest has been agile software development. In 2007, he was one of the organizers of Smidig 2007, the first agile conference in Norway.
