Nicola Dourambeis has worked in technology delivery since the early dotcom days as a project manager and consultant. She’s managed projects that run the gamut from disorganized start-up chaos, to waterfall to different flavors of Agile (Scrum, XP, Lean).  For the last six years, Nicola has focused her work as an Agile Project Manager and Coach, specializing in organizational change. She has consulted in the US and UK through ThoughtWorks and independently with companies as diverse as British Telecom, Siemens Medical, LL Bean, Progressive Insurance and Royal Bank of Scotland. Nicola was also a large contributor to Yahoo!'s agile adoption, converting one of their most popular product teams to distributed Agile.  She currently works at Salesforce.com as a Senior Agile Coach delivering training and coaching.  At Salesforce, she's been instrumental in the roll-out of scrum to the IT and Technical Operations groups, encompassing more than 200 people.  She is a Certified ScrumMaster, a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Practioner.
