Juha-Markus Aalto has focused on large scale agile deployment programs recently. He has successfully driven Scrum and enterprise agility practices such as Agile and Lean Requirements Information Model (epics, features, stories) as well as Agile Release Train to a mobile SW organization of more than 3000 people and  started leading another agile transition of same size in a new mobile devices unit June 1, 2009.
