Charles Sulllivan is an Operations and Technical Professional with over 40 years of technical leadership and operations management within military, government and private sector mission/deadline-driven environments that included CONUS, OCONUS, combat theaters of operation and "denied areas". His career spans 24 years in the Army with the majority of that time in Special Forces/Special Operations collecting and reporting intelligence first hand. Since retiring from the Army, Charles has an additional 20 plus years within the government and private sector performing both technical and management duties in support of the intelligence community.
Charles holds Bachelors Degrees in both Electronics Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering from Colorado Technical University, an ABET certified college. Charles is a certified linguist in both German and French and holds numerous Technical, Managerial and industry related certifications
to include PMP, ITIL, ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, AS9100 and CMMI .
Charles taught Fiber-Optics at Colorado Technical University, has been published in Government Computing News and writes technical journals for
private training organizations.
Charles is considered an expert in Fiber Optics, LAN/WAN Architecture, Switched Telephony to include Analog, Digital and VoIP systems as well as Radio Frequency Planning/Base Installation. Charles has consulted on projects for the U.S. Army, U.S. Government, the city of Colorado Springs and served as a Senior Consulting Engineer on several multi million dollar contracts.
