Currently, I lead a team of application program managers and business analysts.

Before working for Health Dialog, I was a Product Manager for a small software company.  Prior to being a Product Manager, I held responsibilities for Project Manager, Director of QA, Release Engineer, Development Lead, Director of Support Services, On-Site Trainer, and Data Analyst.

Health Dialog is looking at incorporating an agile methodology and has been considering adopting a SCRUM framework.  This means my team will become Scrum Masters in this new framework.
