I am currently working as a Scrum Product Owner, and having my career foundations in the business side, I represent the voice of the customer and business to develop products in an agile way for a certain market.

I maintain a stakeholder map and communications plan and communicate the Release plan and progress. I work with other Product Owners on certain projects to maximise value delivered by all teams, to eliminate dependencies and streamline work ready for teams. I am responsible for creating the product roadmap, shaping releases and facilitating release planning, creating EPICs, gathering user stories, and maintaining the product backlog to ensure that it continues to reflect the changing priorities of the business.

My background includes supporting the business internally as a Business Support Team Manager responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of business support operations. Specific responsibilities included providing visible and clear leadership to all areas to ensure that operational activity is streamlined with the business vision and strategies.
