Over the last two and half years I have managed the development and implementation of small to large scale web applications using using Scrum and lean practices. I also facilitate the teams to make the perform as best they can.

Coming from a software engineering background, my passed experience is implementing small to large scale web applications, and researching new and advanced technology to implement them.

Although starting out as a software engineer, I have loved implementing scrum and therefore have reached the level of Certified Scrum Practitioner. And for the foreseeable future hope to reach the level of Certified Scrum Coach and/or Trainer and successfully continue to work with and implement Scrum and Lean practices.
