I come to the Scrum Alliance as a project manager with more than 10 years of experience in delivering software, process, and business improvement. I first experienced Agile with XP in 2005 working alongside development teams putting together the bSkyb broadband provisioning systems. Since then I have worked with and alongside developers using various Agile techniques, and have used them myself as a Product Manager.

So I am good at corporate IT project management, with a really-quite-very-good record in completing projects well, from high tech start-ups, to complex Telco deployments, and multi-site business transformation projects. In my last role I recruited and supported a team that was running BDD, CI, and Scrum. I probably tend a little to the DSDM side of Agile, given my corporate background and Prince 2 work (essential in the govt sector!). However I am delighted to now be a Certified ScrumMaster(tm) and am keen to get into more roles where I can support teams, and try out agile techniques on them.
