Bill Nicholas is a technical project manager with 15 years of software development consultancy experience, programming in .Net, Java and PHP. He is an ex-Microsoft & IBM certified engineer and has a masters degree & a doctorate in Computer Science.

Bill has twice used Scrum to save in excess of £1m/year for corporate programmes and also for developing several award winning products for which he was the product owner.

He founded his own software house based in Germany with an Indian offshore team, for three years and now works as the European Lead for the Agile & ALM Practice within Wipro.

He is currently writing a number of whitepapers and working on a SAAS based ALM written in Silverlight. He and gives talks to business on “Managing IT Projects In a Financial Downturn” & “The Business Case For Scrum”.
