Dan has over 18 years focused on project and program implementation – with an engaging personality, a bent towards entrepreneurial spirit and the knowledge that ultimately, success is driven by people.  He has started four PMOs focusing on successful organizational change; leading up to $75m portfolio budgets exceeding 350 FTE in multiple/matrixed organizations; and, leading and coaching teams to leverage their resources for ultimate success.  Dan’s passion is creating environments where getting work successfully done and delivering the organizational strategy become second nature and personally satisfying.
