I have worked in a variety of domains in the Software Development over the past 7 years (approx.). 

 
I have been primarily involved with start-ups in the field of embedded systems, Digital Signage and Software Development for Education sector. I have been fortunate enough to be presented with diverse challenges during my tenure with SLF Technologies (Merged with Elucido in Aug 2008) ( July 2006 - July 2008) and Elucido media Networks (Aug 2008 till date). I have proven track record of delivery of Projects on time.

In my current role, I am responsible for practice of Agile methodologies of development. I have 2 years 7 months of experience as a ScrumMaster. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.   MEMBER: 000214467

I have an aggregate experience of about 4 years in leading and mentoring a team. I have been instrumental in bringing about the best practices like Pair programming, Continuous Integration, Automated tests, Test and Behavior driven development and meaningful retrospectives.

I am looking for bigger challenges in agile project delivery.
