As the Director of Product Development and Inovation for Kaplan Health, my job is to marry innovative, customer-centered design with new elearning technologies so that Kaplan can deliver the highest quality medical test preparation to future doctors around the world.

Most recent projects include:
- Design, launch and support for 7 integrated and stand-alone mobile applications (> 100,000 downloads)
- Prototyping live, web-based course delivery technology for delivery of full length medical test preparation lectures
- Designing UX to incorporate Facebook into a record-breaking live online course ( >90% participation)
- Launch of iClicker audience response systems in New York, Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Pasadena, and Houston
- Defining UI and UX for upcoming mobile education application
