I have managed software development teams for nearly 10 years and have been involved in several large scale business transition initiatives in a career that spans 15 years in software development, primarily in the global investment finance industry based in London, UK.

Since relocating to sunny Christchurch, NZ I continue my enthusiasm for self organizing "thinking" teams, and their optimistic approach to software development, and I provide scrum training and coaching as well as presenting to interest groups and wider organizations.

I have a Masters in Advanced Software Engineering, a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and I am a Chartered IT Practitioner with the British Computer Society.

In my spare time I like running, mountain biking and learning to play golf - badly!
