Looking Glass Development is a Performance Management training & consulting niche firm. Over the last 14 years I have worked with over 500 organizations to develop organizational strategy, metrics, build PMOs, improve troubled projects, and deploy advanced methodologies and frameworks. I have worked and continue to work with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, Chevron, United Technologies, First Data, Western Union, ESPN, three of the five major U.S. Military Commands (CentCom, PaCom, & NorthCom), the US National Nuclear Security Agency, the US National Park Service, and many others. I have personally trained over 5,000 people in that time for the PMP Exam with 33 not passing on the first take. I also regularly teach and write on topics such as organizational strategy, performance metrics, balanced scorecards, Scrum, and project program and portfolio management. I currently am the lead consultant for ESPN and their efforts to deploy Scrum after two other failed attempts.
