Chosen to serve in a leadership and SME capacity for the world’s #1 retailer on various project and program management efforts within the areas of Customer Planning and Analysis (CP&A), Logistics, Transportation, and PMO. Current accomplishments include:
Developing Resource and Allocation Management (RAM) processes, controls, reports and procedures (PCRP) using Clarity PPM (Project, Portfolio Management) for 400+ Supply Chain FTE and contractor staff;
Managing a $19.9M Transportation Management System (WTMS v3) program conversion, consolidation and upgrade with 36 cross-functional staff using Agile methodology/SCRUM processes;
Leading a Bill-Of-Lading (BOL) effort for WTMS to automate a process that involves capture of 1.3M BOL’s annually across 80+ Distribution Center (DC) sites;
Selected to participate in several Division-Level initiatives that involve the design and development of resource request and stage gate processes to enhance and evolve best-in-class ISD delivery procedures.
