Wei Wang had his first taste of SCRUM in the year 2003 when he took postgraduate study in the Univeristy of Essex, and loved Agile development ever since then.

In 2007 he became a project manager and practiced SCRUM framework and quite a bunch of Agile practices in many of projects he has managed. His most recent engagement is to help Thomson Reuters development teams adopt SCRUM. The way an Agile coach works is quite different from that a project manager and a SCRUM Master does. Wei awares of this big challenge and enjoys facing it.

Wei focuses on some engineering practices such as unit testing, TDD and pair programming. He runs Code Kata along with his friend Zilong Chen at Thomson Reuters, and welcome anyone who has interests participant in it.
