I was born in St. Pete, Russia. 2000 - School Highest Degree (Golden Medal in Russia). 2006 - University LETI - master highest degree  - Master of Technics and Technology. I started working at 2002 in Research Institute, after that was working in Digital Design, Russian IT Company. Since 2004 I am working in StarSoft Development Labs (www.starsoftlabs.com). I was working as .NET Developer, after that Team Lead, after that Agile Project Manager, first of all eXP Projects. Currently I am working in the new branch of our Company. I setup processes for all projects in this Branch (> 5 projects)  - we are doing SCRUM, I am working with our Customers, so they should realize what it SCRUM, how does it works, etc. Same time I am working with  Development Teams same way. The thing is that development teams and customers were working without any specific processes for 10 years, and they have decided that it is bad for theirs business. So, currently my main responsibility is to create process for these Projects based on SCRUM Practice - in terms of SCRUM - I am now SCRUM master for these projects + Scrum Trainer. All  projects relates to one big system for one customer - so it is quite good for now to have one SCRUM Master for all these projects.

I love my wife and each second when I can see her smile.  I like playing piano and walking in St. Pete at Summer.
