I'm currently the Senior Producer for World War II Online, an MMO that has been in operation and continued development for over 10 years. For the last 8 years I've been at the helm as Senior Producer.

On a small team you get to wear many hats. I am Project Lead and have introduced agile practices along with modern project tracking solutions. I manage all feature and task tracking and oversee and document design and planning documents.

As Team Lead I've coordinated art, code and production teams to deliver over 30 major content release to our MMO as well as a diverse portfolio of serious games for customers such as ATT Government Solutions, Ultra Electronics and 21st Century Technologies.

From being the Build Master to Running the full QA department with 100 volunteers, I've had the opportunity to wear many hats but none of those are my favorite part of the job. My greatest joy is when a team is lead successfully to not only making an on time on budget delivery but when they can pull something off that is truly extraordinary. That rush of excitement as we produce something amazing is my true passion.
