I hold a PGDBA in Finance and IT from IBS, Hyderabad with PMP and CSM certifications and have over 12 years of progressive experience with the last eight years in Project  and Program management.

I am a Principal Consultant with Quality Mentors. Quality Mentors provides Consultancy, Training (Online & Classroom) and Appraisal services related to Project Management, Software Process Improvement (ISO, CMMI-Dev®), Information Security (ISMS) and associated subjects to a wide variety of large and mid-size IT organizations. 

Prior to Qulaity Mentors, I was part of the Transformation Services group within Anthelio. It drives global business Transformation projects in partnership with the respective demand side organizations. In my current role, I am involved in collaborating with the Business Heads to facilitate change via Technology - by way of reducing costs, increasing productivity, creating infrastructure for future growth, or a combination of these. I am involved in creating strategy, business case, as well as managing delivery for transformation projects. 

In my earlier position with Virinchi as a Sr. VP I was responsible for the overall management and delivery of Virinchi's web based Micro-Finance
product 'QFund' to clients in the United States of America. I have collaborated with CIO's and CTO's of all of Virinchi's clients to grow Virinchi's business and to work out mutually beneficial, lasting relationships. During my tenure with Virinchi, we did not loose a single client with all of them signing up for 3 year renewal contracts.

 A CSQA and certified Internal Auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1 standards, I have extensive experience in the Quality Assurance
domain too. I also am a CMMi ATM team member, having successfully implemented the CMMi staged model practice in Virinchi besides having held
sole responsibility of handling the Quality practice for an entire vertical. 

I have been a consistent performer and have earned appreciation from all in every role that I have been associated with.
