Michael is the founder of Die Projektur GmbH, a Vienna based agile innovation consultancy. While most agile consulting companies rush for a short term increase in productivity, people at Die Projektur are fostering long-term sustainable development towards agility and innovation. As agile coach Michael helps teams and organizations become more innovative, more productive and yet more relaxed. His coaching approach is based on systemic coaching and organization development. His work is rooted in 10 years of hands-on experience in software development and telecommunications projects of any size, from projects in small start-ups to multi-million BSS projects in telecoms businesses.

Michael has worked with teams of numerous large-scale organizations, all of which have reached an unprecedented level of agility and a spirit of change and improvement.
