Managed the bank’s Basel II Risk Weighted Assets calculator implementation ($8 Million) which included the coordination with 25 upstream initiatives and established an oracle –based Reveleus solution to meet regulatory obligations. The team was comprised of both offshore, multiple vendors and bank employees. This project followed scrum method which was comprised of six scrum teams (5 data and 1 configuration team).
