I'm a Principal Software Engineer at http://www.ptc.com a company which provides CAD and PLM software.

In my company I'm acting as a mentor for Agile Methodologies. I have to support folks in the R&D department on their journey to Agile. In our case we are trying to realize eXtreme Programming.

As a Software Engineer I'm working in the Microsoft arena. In my daily business I'm applying MFC and thus mostly C++. But also a huge part of our code is written in Lisp and some parts are based on .NET technology.

In my freetime I'm trying to spend as much time as possible with my family. If there is still time left you can find me on a local trail running, biking, or geocaching.
