Mélanie Jouberteix has three years of experience as Scrum Team Member in a team developping a RIA where she is also test manager. She started at BOC in 2007, in the Quality department where her main task was the automation of tests. As BOC developed more and more web applications, she got involved in web development and in the specifics of testing web applications. Her role as tester gave her a good overview at the projects and when BOC chose to switch to the Scrum development method she took a key role in the transition and finally became Scrum Master in 2012. Additionally, she is responsible for the continuous integration server of her project. Mélanie graduated from the IT deparment of the INSA of Rennes as IT Engineer, she is a motivated, dynamic person and definitely a good team player.
