I started managing projects by accident when asked to develop a budget for a corporate software/hardware replacement presentation, from there it grew to be an enterprise solution, implemented at a multi-location level across the entire corporation.

Since then I have the privilege to work with almost every IT/IS area, databases, cilent/server operating systems, networking/communications, ERP, CRM, DRP, development, infrastructure solutions, among other areas.

I have manage project on most of these areas, as well as development, and this is where I found Agile instead of the traditional project management to be able to deliver more efficient, more often with better quality.
