Bo Frese is the founder and owner of AgileCoach.dk. He has more than 21 years of experience from the IT industry, designing and developing software, leading teams, covering a wide range of roles.  He has been an early adopter of many techniques and concepts, working with interactive internet applications since 1992, Java since 1996, and Agile Practices since 2003.

He is now focusing on helping and coaching organizations, teams and individuals becoming more efficient and productive using Agile methods. Coaching, Mentoring and Teaching agile in Companies in Denmark and abroad.

Bo understands that in order to succeed with agile you need focus on both people, process and technology, and draws on his 20 years of experience as a software developer, his hands-on experience from XP and Scrum projects as well as his background in Personal Coaching and Systems Thinking.

Bo has been active in the Agile community for several years, and is one of the founders of Agile Project Leadership Network in Denmark (APLN.dk).
