Serdar Yümlü is an executive/technical leader and an enterprise architect who puts his vision as to align technology and business strategy in an agile manner. He is specialized in Lean, Scrum, Leadership, Change and Learning Organizations. 

He started his 8+ years of enterprise software management and architecture career as a j2ee developer at Erdemsoft and continued on various projects at Global and Yatırım Finansman Securities in the finance sector. After having several experiences on different architectures, he worked as a software architect and a team leader at Treda where he became the software development manager implementing change throughout the organization putting his agile vision on both java and microsoft development teams. Yümlü is responsible for aligning the technology vision, architecture, design and development of B2B & B2C projects at Treda.

He has BS and MS degree on computer engineering and he is a PhD Candidate at Bogazici University of Turkey on artificial neural networks, data mining and text mining. Serdar has several publications at various journals and conferences on financial time series prediction.
