Alexandre Magno lives in São Paulo - Brazil, where he works as consultant in leadership and agile management of software projects through the use of methodologies and processes, mainly FDD and Scrum. He works with software projects for more than 15 years, having already participated of different dimensions of lead time, target and investment projects. He is the first Certified Scrum Practitioner of Latin America, having certifications from software vendors like IBM and Borland, and groups like OMG and PMI.

Magno is founder of Scrum-Brasil group and he is currently writing a Scrum book in portuguese language which will be published in july of 2008.
