Sandeep Lad

I am an IT Professional with over 18+ years of experience in software development, maintenance and support, in business, technology and management roles. I am a certified PMP and ITIL V3 Foundation certified in addition to my CSM certification. I have worked most of my professional career at Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN in consultant and employee roles.

Currently I am working at AON Hewitt as Director, IT Management and I lead the Asia Pacific IT group for WorkForce Administration (WFA) solutions. I am in this role since November 2010.

Previous to this I have worked at Target Corp in IT Management roles and Business Management roles from 2004 to 2010, primarily in Minneapolis, MN and also at Target's India office in Bangalore, India. Prior to joining Target I worked for CGI Inc (previously IMRGlobal Inc) from 1993 to 2004 in various roles from Programmer Analyst to Senior Technical Consultant.

I received my Bachelor of Engineering degree (with Honors) from University of Bombay in 1993. I studied at the prestigious VJTI Engineering College in Bombay and majored in Digital Electronics and Communications.
