• 7.5 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst with Accenture, Investec Securities, Bank of America and Zensar Technologies
• 3 years of International experience with Investec Securities, a leading global Private Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa
• Proven ability to design and re-engineer business processes and build complex systems that are flexible, reusing code and business rules
• Solid experience in leading a team and carrying out all phases of SDLC life cycle, from planning, analyzing, designing and testing web and client/server applications in traditional waterfall and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage user expectations and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven strategic thinking skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
