I am professional software developer since 1998.

Since 2004 I am seriously interested in Agile software development and since that time I had tried SCRUM on several projects.

In 2007 I started an Agile user group of Ukraine Agile Ukraine which is a non-profit organization aimed on spreading agility in Ukraine by conferences, trainings, email discussion groups and other public activities.

Since 2008 I am SCRUM coach and owner of SCRUMguides.com.
