Paul Relf is the Product Management Leader for the Agile Communication Environment (ACE) at Nortel. His focus today is on the definition and delivery of solutions which are leading the convergence of Communications with Business Applications & Processes. He is also passionate about driving the adoption of best-in-class software development and business management techniques centered around Agile Scrum.

Prior to re-joining Nortel, he was the Director of Business Development at ARTIS. While at ARTIS, Paul led the market adoption of a highly innovative Enterprise data integration / knowledge management product into the Defense & Security sector. This included the establishment of relationships with local and global defense systems integrators. During his previous tenure at Nortel, Paul developed a service quality management portfolio which facilitated the convergence of voice communications over Internet technologies. He also has tremendous experience in data and voice networking working in both Enterprise and Carrier markets.
