As a Project Manager, I bring focus and structure to IT projects ranging in size from £100k to £3M, providing a framework in which team members can give of their best.  Having worked successfully for blue-chips, consultancies and as a contractor, both in the United Kingdom and abroad, I set up my own independent practice in March 2005

I have managed development, infrastructure and package implementation projects pragmatically applying structured methods such as PRINCE2.  I discovered Scrum in 2006 when I was hired to run a website upgrade for a major London financial institution.  It is now an integral part of my project management practice.
