Since 1996 I work in software development. Between 1996 and 1997 I was mainly a software programmer. Between 1997 and 2000 I was project manager for various projects. Since 2000 I have had responsibility for managing the Innovation and Technology Unit. During this time, we had projects that were managed based on waterfall methodologies. Over the past four years we are implementing agile methodologies, mainly SCRUM.
