Keith Fearnley has been developing software commercially since graduating from Imperial College, London with a Physics degree in 1984.
Starting work with Logica Space and Defence Systems and moving to Zengrange, then co-founding Trackit Systems in 1992, which joined the Tribal Group in 2002, Keith is still there after essentially 20 years continuous service. He's used a variety of tools and techniques from FORTRAN, SSADM, PL/1, Yourdon, various assemblers through to C, C++, C#, SQL of various flavours and now with Scrum too. He's run Unix servers and been DBA on Oracle, SQL Server and Ingres databases in his time, worked on mobile computers quite a bit and on global web-based systems. He's run software development teams and one-man projects, in military, commercial and public sector domains. It's been a fun career so far and I'm still going!
