Archana brings with her more than 9 years of development, project management and process consulting experiences in Canada, US, UK & India. She is currently part of the Agile Consulting practice at Wipro that provides solutions to Wipro and its clients on methodologies like Agile and Lean across industries & technologies. Archana has represented Wipro in different national and international level agile forums. She has developed agile process framework for her company which is based on XP & Scrum augmented with practices suitable for distributed development along with governance and lean principles.
