Mark Brower hails from Long Beach, California where he started his IT carrer working in retail systems for major grocery chains.  This included implementing scanning point of sale systems that revolutionized productivity and data capture in the industry.  Mark moved to Atlanta in 1999 to work for NCR as a Product Manager on theri reseller channel retail applications.  In 2003 he entered the Health Care Industry with MedQuist working on transcription applications and speech recognition to present speeech recognized clinical documents to transcriptionists for editing - technology that revolutionzed not only the transcription industry, but also the way medical record documentation is created. 

Mark now works at McKesson as Product Manger for Horizon Enterprise Content Manager. 

Mark lives in Buford, GA. with his Scottie dog McDuff.  Besides being a dog lover and taking care of the household he enjoys many hobbies.  These include running, hiking, gardening, and collecting comic books among others.  Mark is an avid baseball fan who will be rooting hard for the Braves again this season.  He earned a BS degree in Technical Management at DeVry University.
